Dave's new bon bon recipe
              Peanut Butter Bon Bon's      
you need
1- 3 o/z package of cream cheese
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1-12oz  package peanut butter chips
1-12oz  package caramel chips
1-12oz  package white chocolate chips
1-12oz  package semi sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1 Cup BUTTER
Peanut caramel fudge for inside
In a  1/4 quart steel sauce pan
 melt  1/2 cup butter( save the other 1/2 )
turn offffff the heat
chop up & add the cream cheese
and stir to make soft
add 1/2 the peanut butter chips ,peanut butter
1/2 the carmel chips(do not add any chocolate )
and stir till melted
after the mixture is liquefied
add powdered sugar slowly
till it clumps up then
add milk 1/4 cup -1/2 till smooth
put in small cups or ice cube molds
( I use small round ones )
and stick in the freezer for an hour
chocolate coating for outside
Take 1/4 cup of the other 1/2 cup melted butter
(Remember you saved it right)
and add 1/2 of the  chocolate chips
and add 1/4 of the other 1/2 other remaining
peanut chips
and add 1/4 of the other 1/2 other remaining
car mel  chips
and 1/2 of the white chocolate chips
and melt in sauce pan (do not burn stir constantly )
do not leave do bong hits or whatever
just stay there and stir till liquefied
 put chocolate coating in bottom of nut cups or
small 2 o/z plastic to go cups
(ask your local bar or restaurant were you can get theses)
place the centers the Fudge molds in the cups on top of the coating
Repeat the coating recipe with remaining chips
as you need chocolate coating
and top the candies with the
rest of the Chocolate cover & let stand in
the freezer will make about
30 Bon Bon's YUMMMY !!!!!
Variations :
You can add whatever you want to substitute
for peanut butter or caramel
just use chocolate to make chocolate fudge for the centers
or use white chocolate to make white chocolate fudge
or add pecans,peanuts or whatever you like
use strawberry jam to make strawberry, blueberry ,Ak-47
you get the idea :)
