The following conditions must be met by the contractor.
1 . Proper electricity must
be provided ( aka line or generator min 5000 watts )for proper operation
of the equipment.
2. Nearby or adjacent
parking for sound company veicheles ( to include proper stage passes including
2 all access passes) for access to all personnel needed for set up .
Also for crew camping .
3. Optional : Any or all
catering services available
for sound crew personal

4. plenty of water for musicians
as well as crew
The Sound company
has agreed to perform the above services and agrees to be at the said location
( when contract time is
specified)
as stated in our original
agreement . ( the sound company will be paid after service is rendered
and will only expect cash or check maid payable to Dave Pankin 14 s. franklin
madison, wisc.53703 ) Not responsible for acts of god, accidents
or any acts to said patrons causing injury to themselves or
others at said event in case of injury of the crew the owner of the
event site is responsible and liable for all damages that may occur to
above equipment if proper electricity is not provided . Or if any
patron of the event causes damage to said equipment , with compisation
for said damage to be agreed on before leaving the premises at the
end of the event .
